   You will receive an email notifying you when your design is ready to preview and approve within 2-4 days. Log in to our portal under 'Order Status' using your email and order number to provide feedback. We offer unlimited design revisions until you are completely satisfied with the final design.
   
   
3. Approve & Produce: Upon your approval, we bring your custom artline design to life using sustainable materials and a thoughtful design process.
   
   
4. Shipping: Depending on your location, you can expect to receive your customized item within 2-8 days for the US and Canada, and 8-21 days for non-continental shipping.
   
   
5. Receive it: Enjoy it.

Since each product is entirely hand-drawn by our talented artists, you will need to place an order before we begin creating your one-line art design. After your purchase, you can preview your design and final product in our Order Status Center on our website.

We offer free unlimited revisions to ensure you are completely satisfied with your design.

Once we receive your order with your image, within 2-4 day, you will be able to preview and approve your custom design on our website, under Order Status Center.

Once you approve the design, we will begin creating your product, which will be completed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Once your item is finalised, it will be securely and carefully packaged and shipped.

For United States and Canada orders, our estimated delivery time is between 2 and 8 business days, depending on whether you opt for standard, priority, or express shipping.

Once your artline design is approved, please allow a few days for order processing. You can log in to our portal under 'Tracking Order' using your order number and the email address provided at purchase to check the status of your order.
