At Simply Lines, we turn your special photos into personalised art line.
We offer unlimited revisions across our handmade range products to ensure your satisfaction.

How It Works?

  1. Place Your Order: Our talented designers begin drawing your personalised one line design to your unique specifications once we receive your order.  

  2. Receive Your Custom Design:
    You will receive an email notifying you your design is ready to preview and approve within the next 2 - 4 days.
    Login onto our website using your email address and order number and let us know what you think. We offer unlimited design revisions until you’re delighted with the final result.

  3. Approve & Produce: Upon your approval, we bring your custom line design to life through our sustainable approach to design production.

  4. Shipping: Depending on where you’re from, you can expect to receive your personalised item between 2 - 8 days for the US and Canada and 8 - 21 days for non-continental shipping.

  5. Receive it: Wear it, enjoy it.

Can I See The Design Before Purchasing?

Since each product is entirely hand-drawn by our talented artists, you will need to place an order before we can start drawing your one art-line design. You'll be able to preview your design and your final product after your purchase on our website under Order Status Center.
We offer free unlimited revisions to ensure you are completely satisfied with your design.

Can I Mend Or Adjust My Order When Previewing My Design?

Yes, you can.
After your purchase, within 2 to 4 working days, you will receive an email to preview and approve your design.
You will need to login onto our website under Order Status Center with your email address and order number. You will be able to request unlimited revisions if needed and amend or adjust your final product as you wish.

We only ship your final product upon your approval. By receiving your final approval, we know you are 100% satisfied with the final product.

Do You Only Draw One Art-Line For Pets and People?

We can create anything you wish.
Our main designs are inspired by your favourite pictures, but we're versatile and our very talented team designers can design and create anything you wish to suit your unique style and taste. 

Our website features a diverse range of unique custom products, such caps, hoodies, sweatshirts, t-shirts for adults and children, digital and bespoke art wall prints.

We Don't Have a Photo Together, Can You Make The Design?

Yes, we can. We can use a photo of each person and merge it all into one beautiful design.

What If I am not Happy with The Design And The Final Product?

We offer unlimited revisions so you can be assured that you get the design that you want. 

We also give the option for you to mend or adjust your final product when you preview and approve your design in our Order Status Center page.

What Is The Turnaround Time? 

Once we receive your order with your image, within 2-4 day, you will be able to preview and approve your bespoke design on our website, under Order Status Center.

Once you approve the design, we will start creating your product, which will be completed and ready to be shipped to you within 1-3 business days. 

Once your item is finalised, it will be securely and carefully packaged and shipped.

For United States and Canada orders, our estimated delivery time is between 2 and 8 business days, depending on whether you opt for standard, priority, or express shipping.

Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes, we do. We can ship to any country. All of our orders come with tracking, so you can see exactly where your package is and when it will arrive. 

Do You Offer Cancelations and Refunds?

Please not that, due to the customisable nature of our products, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges once the order has been placed. 

If you received the wrong item, or your item was damaged in transit, we will of course replace it without questions.

Please contact us via e-mail at contact@simplylines.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
In order to assist you with your case, photos of both, items and packaging will be required.

I Haven't Received Any Email After My Purchase, What Should I Do?

If you haven't received any emails 2 - 4 days from us after your purchasing, please check your spam folder. If nothing is there, please get in touch with us via contact@simplylines.com as there might be a bounce back mail issue.
