  1. Place Your Order: Our talented designers begin drawing your personalised one line design to your unique specifications once we receive your order.  

  2. Receive Your Custom Design:
    You will receive an email notifying you your design is ready to preview and approve within the next 2 - 4 days. 
    Login onto our website using your email address and order number and let us know what you think. We offer unlimited design revisions until you’re delighted with the final result.

  3. Approve & Produce: Upon your approval, we bring your custom line design to life through our sustainable approach to design production.

  4. Shipping: Depending on where you’re from, you can expect to receive your personalised item between 2 - 8 days for the US and Canada and 8 - 21 days for non-continental shipping.

  5. Receive it: Wear it, enjoy it.

Our Emphasis on Sustainability

We only produce what you need

Our sustainable custom products are created with Mother Earth in mind.   

Sustainability is at the heart of our production at Simply Lines. Each of our designs is thoughtfully produced and transported, as we partner with local printers near you to reduce carbon emissions when shipping your product. As we hold ourselves to the highest standard of environmental sustainability, our apparel products in our eco-friendly collections consist of at least 70% organic or recycled materials, or such material blends.
All products in our collections are naturally certified.
We only accept GOTS or OCS certificates.
For recycled composition, we accept either GRS or RCS certificates from our suppliers.
Our wall art designs are only printed on FSC-certified paper material.
