2. Review Your Custom Design (2 to 4 days): You'll receive your design within the next 2 - 4 days. You can preview your final product on our website (Help Center) by entering your email address and order code, and you let us know if you care happy with the design. 
   In order to offer 100% satisfaction, we offer unlimited design revisons until you’re delighted with the final result.
   
   
3. Approve & Produce: Upon your approval, we bring your bespoke art-line design to life through our sustainable approach to design production.
   
   
4. Shipping: Depending on where you’re from, you can expect to receive your design between 2 - 8 days for the US and Canada and 8 - 21 days for non-continental shipping.
   
   
5. Receive it: Light it Up, enjoy it.

Once we receive your order with your image, within 2-4 day, you will be able to preview and approve your bespoke design on our website, under Help Center.
Once you approve the design, we will create your product, which will be completed and ready to be shipped to you within 1-3 business days. 

Once your item is finalised, it will be securely and carefully packaged and shipped.

For United States and Canada orders, our estimated delivery time is between 2 and 8 business days, depending on whether you opt for standard, priority, or express shipping.
